Box Office Hours

The Box Office at the Palace Theatre is open 10am-6pm Monday through Friday; and noon - 5pm Saturday and Sunday throughout December. When there is a performance on Saturday and/or Sunday the Box Office will open 90 minutes prior to the performance and will remain open through intermission of the last performance of the day.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges* are not available, except in the case of performance cancellation.

Accessibility

The Palace Theatre is equipped with ramps, elevators and seating to accommodate wheelchairs. Wheelchair accessible restrooms are available. When ordering your tickets, please be sure to advise the Box Office of any special requirements.

Gift Certificates

Tickets to a performance at the Palace Theatre make a great gift. Gift certificates in any denomination can be purchased through the box office at 203-325-4466.

Children

Subject matter and language of some performances are not suitable for children. When in doubt, please check with the Box Office. Unless it is a show specifically for children, SCA policy is that admission to our theatre is for patrons 4 years and older; SCA management reserves the right to remove any patrons that are disruptive regardless of age.

Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre.

Latecomers

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management and per Artist requirements, and in seats that avoid disrupting other patrons and the performance. Please check your tickets for the show time.

Cameras and Recording Devices

Actors' Equity Association, The American Federation of Musicians, and Federal Law prohibit the use of cameras and recording devices during any performance.
Electronic Devices: Please turn off these devices or put them on silent when you arrive. Taking videos, photos or texting is not allowed in the theatre.

Attention Physicians

Please leave your name and seat number with the house manager. Should you be called during a performance, an usher will notify you at your seat. Please, if you carry a beeper or phone, follow this same procedure and leave your beeper or phone with the house manager.

Parking

Palace Theatre patrons may use the Landmark Square Garage across the street from the theatre, the Bell Street Garage, or the Target garage.
